Common use of Provision of Information Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information. Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that Ship and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Majority Lenders request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Shipthe Ship owned by it; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship owned by it and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and or the compliance of that the Ship owned by it with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Majority Lenders request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Shipthe Ship owned by it; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship owned by it and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and or the compliance of that the Ship owned by it with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it reasonably requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position employment and engagementsposition; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the technical Approved Manager’s Managers’ compliance and the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that the Borrower’s or the technical Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Security Trustee request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Shipthe Ship owned by it; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and or the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Lender with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s or the Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, ; and, upon the Security TrusteeLender’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and International Ship Security Certificate of the ISSCShip.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the construction, operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the either Approved Manager’s Managers' compliance and the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of the Borrower's or that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Managers' Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Agent with any information which it reasonably requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship's master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s or the Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, ; and, upon the Security TrusteeAgent’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Shipthe Ship for a term which exceeds, or which by virtue of any optional extensions may exceed, 6 months, of any current guarantee relating to any such current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved ManagerShip’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that Ship and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the any Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship's master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship owned by it and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliancethe Owner's, the Approved Manager’s 's or relevant Ship's compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s Owner's or the Approved Manager’s 's Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that Ship and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the each Approved Manager’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the relevant Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Majority Lenders reasonably request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s or the Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code code and the ISPS Codecode, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that the Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each Borrower The Borrowers shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Lenders request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShips, its their employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the a Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that a Ship and any payments made in respect of that a Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its complianceown, the Approved Manager’s or a Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that a Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Each The Borrower shall procure that the Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Majority Lenders request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and or the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, the Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Provision of Information. Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Agent with any information and/or evidence which it the Security Agent requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itits Ship, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that its Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that its Ship and any payments made in respect of that such Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s Managers’ compliance, the Third Party Managers’ compliance and or the compliance of that its Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, ; (f) the class and classification society of its Ship; and, upon the Security TrusteeAgent’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that its Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies and, of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it any Creditor Party reasonably requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s or the Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that the Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that Ship and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s 's compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s 's or the Approved Manager’s 's Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests the Security Trustee request regarding: (a) the Ship owned by it, its her employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that Shipthe Ship owned by it; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and or the compliance of that the relevant Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that Ship, Ship and of any current charter guarantee guarantee, and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate ISM Code Documentation and the ISSCISPS Code Documentation.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it reasonably requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s 's compliance and the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s 's request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that the Borrower’s 's or the Approved Manager’s 's Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s compliance and the Ship’s compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter Charter relating to that Ship, of any current charter guarantee the Ship and copies of that the Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the Ship’s master and crew of that Shipcrew; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliancethe Borrower’s, the Approved Manager’s or the Ship’s compliance and the compliance of that Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code; and (f) the latest technical reports on the Ship from the Approved Manager, and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter and charter guarantee relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that the Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Provision of Information. Each The Borrower shall procure that the Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Lender with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and (e) its compliance, the either Approved Manager’s Managers' compliance and the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, and, upon the Security Trustee’s Lender's request, provide copies of any Permitted Charter or any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of the Owner's or that Borrower’s or the Approved Manager’s Managers' Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.

Each The Borrower shall promptly provide the Security Trustee with any information which it requests regarding: (a) the Ship owned by itShip, its employment, position and engagements; (b) the Earnings and payments and amounts due to the master and crew of that the Ship; (c) any expenses incurred, or likely to be incurred, in connection with the operation, maintenance or repair of that the Ship and any payments made in respect of that the Ship; (d) any towages and salvages; and; (e) its compliance, the Approved Manager’s compliance and the compliance of that the Ship with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code, ; and, upon the Security Trustee’s request, provide copies of any current charter relating to that the Ship, of any current charter guarantee and copies of that Borrower’s or the Approved ManagerShip’s Document of Compliance, Safety Management Certificate and the ISSC.
