Common use of Provision of Information Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information. In addition, the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances and the Borrower shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above.

Provision of Information. In addition, the each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances, and the Borrower Borrowers shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above).

In addition, the Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Facility Agent (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee Facility Agent (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below 21.16 (Mortgagee’s interest and additional perils insurances) or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances, and the Borrower Borrowers shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee Agent in respect of all fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee Agent in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above.

In addition, the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee (or any such designated person) reasonably requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 13.16 below or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances, and the Borrower shall, shall forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all fees and other expenses reasonably incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above.

In addition, the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below 13.15 or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances; and the Borrower shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above).

In addition, the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below 13.16 or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances, and the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all documented fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above).

In addition, the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall promptly provide the Security Trustee Agent (or any persons which it may designate) with any information which the Security Trustee Agent (or any such designated person) requests for the purpose of: (a) obtaining or preparing any report from an independent marine insurance broker as to the adequacy of the obligatory insurances effected or proposed to be effected; and/or (b) effecting, maintaining or renewing any such insurances as are referred to in Clause 13.17 below or dealing with or considering any matters relating to any such insurances insurances, and the Borrower shall, forthwith upon demand, indemnify the Security Trustee in respect of all fees and other expenses incurred by or for the account of the Security Trustee in connection with any such report as is referred to in paragraph (a) above.
