Common use of Provision of Lessor Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Lessor Services. During the Term of this Lease, in consideration of the Rent, Lessor shall make available and provide to Lessee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease, shared use of certain services, utilities, materials and facilities as more fully described on Exhibit D (the “Lessor Services”), located or utilized at the Refinery that are necessary to operate and maintain the Tank Farm Assets as currently operated and maintained.
