Common use of Provision of Menusifu System Clause in Contracts

Provision of Menusifu System. Menusifu will (i) make the Menusifu System, Content, Documentation and Services available to you pursuant to this Agreement and any applicable Order Forms, (ii) provide Services to you if applicable, (iii) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the online support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime if applicable (of which Menusifu shall give advance electronic notice), and (b) any Force Majeure Event, internet service providers’ failure or delay, or other reasons out of Menusifu’s reasonable control.
