PROVISION OF PARKING. Attachment: EX A-TERMS CONDITIONS-10 yrs-27 parkers-YSG-v.1 (Bid - Long Term Garage Parking Agreement) The City hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from the City parking for twenty-seven (27) employees/residents in the Garage (the “Maximum Allocated Amount”) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The parking spaces leased by Tenant pursuant to this Agreement shall be unreserved and will be available twenty-four (24) hours per day seven (7) days per week.

The parking spaces leased by Tenant pursuant to this Agreement hereunder shall be unreserved and will shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day day, seven (7) days per week.
