Common use of Provision of Servicer Reports Clause in Contracts

Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any Environmental Control Bondholder to the Indenture Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Indenture Trustee shall provide such Environmental Control Bondholder with a copy of the Officer’s Certificate referred to in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement and the Annual Accountant’s Report referred to in Section 3.06 of the Servicing Agreement.
