Common use of Provision of Services and Licences Clause in Contracts

Provision of Services and Licences. 2.1. Provider agrees with effect from the Commencement Date in consideration of the timely payment of the Fee by the Customer to supply the Services on a non-exclusive basis and licence the Software upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2. Receipt of the Services will require the use by the Customer of the Software on a SaaS basis, accordingly the Customer’s licence to use the Software is subject to the following conditions:
