Provision of Settlement Controlled Prices to Registry. Google shall determine and provide to the Registry both the Settlement Controlled Price for all Settlement Controlled Price Books and what would be the Settlement Controlled Price for every Specified Price Book, as if the Rightsholder of such Specified Price Book had selected the Settlement Controlled Price option. Such information is the Confidential Information of Google. Subject to Section 15.4 (Disclosures Required by Law), the Registry shall not disclose the Settlement Controlled Price for any Book to any Person other than the Rightsholders of such Book and, if the price of a Book is publicly available, the Registry shall not disclose whether that price is the Settlement Controlled Price.
