Price Books definition

Price Books mean Company’s current Price Book in effect for the applicable Deliverable being purchased by Customer.
Price Books means the Generic Price Book and the SITA Specific Price Book for the respective Contract Year. ‘Recipient’ has the meaning set forth in clause 11.1 of this Agreement. ‘Related Provisions’ means the Exclusivity Obligation, the Equant Non-Solicitation Obligation and the SITA Group Companies Non-Solicitation Obligation. Price Books mean Company’s current Price Book in effect for the applicable Deliverable being purchased by Customer. "Trade Secrets" means and includes business or technical information of either party, including processes, formulas, devices, techniques, compilations and other material that a party attempts to maintain in secret and that derive commercial value for such party from not being generally known to the public or readily ascertainable through independent development or reverse engineering.

  • PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers.   • Digital books means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.

  • Transferred Books and Records means, in respect of a Seller, all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, that Seller’s Contributed Business by that Seller’s Group (excluding its Target Group Companies) (other than emails), but excluding:

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Xxxxxx'x facilities to furnish the reqUirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered Included in Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.
