Provisional Certifications. In advance if possible, or no later than two (2) business days after issuing the provisional certification, HCPF shall notify DPHE of provisional certifications for new providers. To ensure that the provider lists between the two agencies are reconciled, HCPF shall provide a list of new providers for whom it has granted provisional certifications within the last fiscal year to DPHE by August 15th annually.
