Provisioning for LNP. 4.4.1 The Parties will remove a ported number from the End Office Switch from which the number is being ported as close to the requested time as reasonably practicable, except under the conditions listed in Section 4.4.3 and Section 4.4.4 below, respectively. The Parties recognize that it is in the best interest of the End User for this removal to be completed in the most expedient manner possible.
