Provisions Applicable to All Assignments. 1. All days and hours of paid leave shall be treated as hours worked. 2. The Employer shall not vary or rearrange an employee's scheduled tour of duty hours to avoid the payment of overtime when hours of overtime are previously worked unless agreed to at the sole option of the employee. 3. Employees of the Bargaining Unit required to attend roll call preparation as officers in charge (“OIC”) will receive compensation at their appropriate overtime rate.
