PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL FUNDS. A. All funds of Texas CLASS shall be invested only in accordance with this Policy and shall comply with any additional requirements imposed by the Trust Agreement or by resolutions of the Board and applicable state law or federal tax law, including the Investment Laws. B. The Program Administrator may withdraw or transfer funds from and to accounts of Texas CLASS only in compliance with this Policy.
