PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CUSTODIANS. 1. Whenever an appropriate supervisor for emergency conditions calls in a custodian, the said employee will be paid time and one-half (1½) of the regular hourly rate for all hours worked. This rate of pay applies only to emergency conditions.
