Provisions Common to all Departments. 3.1.1.5.1 All department faculty will have a voice in departmental affairs, including the right to vote on all matters brought to the department faculty at meetings that would reasonably be construed as a meeting of the whole.
3.1.1.5.2 Department faculty shall elect annually a person to serve as chair of the department faculty whose responsibilities shall include:
3.1.1.5.2.1 Managing all extra-departmental communications between the department faculty and the administration as described in this agreement
3.1.1.5.2.2 Serving as department coordinator as provided in 3.1.2.3.1
