PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO LAW. 1. If any provisions of this document or any application of the document to any non-teaching person or persons shall be found contrary to law, then this provision or application shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect. 2. Any such provision found to be contrary to law shall be renegotiated according to the provisions of this document.
