PROVISIONS REGARDING MASTER LEASE. 16.1 This Sublease and all rights of the parties hereunder are subject and subordinate to the Master Lease. The parties hereby acknowledge, each to the other, that it is not practical in this Sublease to enumerate all of the rights and obligations of the various parties under the Master Lease and specifically to allocate those rights and obligations in this Sublease. Accordingly, in order to afford to Subtenant the benefits of this Sublease and of those provisions of the Master Lease which by their nature are intended to benefit the party in possession of the Sublease Premises, and in order to protect Sublandlord against a Default by Subtenant which might cause a default by Sublandlord under the Master Lease, Sublandlord and Subtenant covenant and agree as set forth in this Article 16.
