Excluded Provisions Clause Samples
The Excluded Provisions clause defines specific sections or terms of a contract that are intentionally not covered or enforced under certain circumstances. In practice, this clause lists particular obligations, warranties, or liabilities that are carved out from the main agreement, meaning they do not apply or are not binding on the parties. By clearly identifying what is excluded, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and limits the scope of the parties' responsibilities, ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of disputes over unintended obligations.
