PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. Each and every provision of federal or state or local law, rule, regulation or order required to be inserted in this Agreement is deemed by this reference to be so inserted in its correct form, and upon the application of either party, this Agreement shall be amended by the express insertion of any such provision not so inserted or so inserted incorrectly so as to comply strictly with the law, without prejudice to the rights of either Party.
