Balance of the Contract Price. The total amount payable by the Owner to the Contractor under the Construction Contract after all proper adjustments have been made, including allowance to the Contractor of any amounts received or to be received by the Owner in settlement of insurance or other claims for damages to which the Contractor is entitled, reduced by all valid and proper payments made to or on behalf of the Contractor under the Construction Contract.

Balance of the Contract Price. The total amount payable by City to the Design-Builder pursuant to the terms of the Contract after all proper adjustments have been made under the Contract, for example, deductions for progress payments made, and increases/decreases for approved modifications to the Contract.
Balance of the Contract Price. The total amount payable by the City to the Contractor under the City Contract after all proper adjustments have been made, including change orders and credits due the City, reduced by all valid and proper payments made to or on behalf of the Contractor under the City Contract and reduced further by all direct costs and expenses incurred by the City as a result of the Contractor Default, including costs of additional supervision or inspection by the City of the Contractor’s work under the City Contract and fees and expenses paid to consultants or others hired by the City for purposes of monitoring or investigating the Contractor’s work under the City Contract.

  • Contract Price 5.01 Owner shall pay Contractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents the amounts that follow, subject to adjustment under the Contract:

  • Term of the Contract A. This Contract has an initial term of one (1) year and a bilateral option provision for three (3) additional terms. The total term of the Contract cannot exceed four (4) years. An extension may be offered beyond the original four-year term if Sourcewell deems such action to be in the best interests of Sourcewell and its Members. The Contractor may withdraw from the Contract on each anniversary of the award, provided that the Contractor gives 60 Days written notice of its intent to withdraw. Sourcewell may, for any reason, terminate this Contract at any time.
