PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any provisions that are now or are in the future required by applicable law, rule, regulation or regulatory guidance or policy of general applicability to be included in this Agreement that are not expressly stated herein (including, without limitation, any provisions so required under 12 C.F.R. Section 163.39) shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement as fully as if such provisions were expressly stated herein.
