Common use of Provisions Surviving Termination Clause in Contracts

Provisions Surviving Termination. It is expressly agreed that notwithstanding termination of the Executive's employment with and by the Corporation for any reason or cause or in any circumstances whatsoever, such termination shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Executive and the Corporation, respectively, in relation or arising up to the time up to and including the date of termination; and the provisions of Sections 8(c) and (d), 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 and 18 of this Employment Agreement, all of which shall remain and continue in full force and effect unless and until the board of directors of the Corporation at its absolute discretion resolves otherwise and so notifies the Executive in writing.
