Common use of PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS SURVIVING TERMINATION. Licensee's obligation to pay Royalties accrued but unpaid prior to termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination. In addition, Sections 3.7, 3.8, 4.1, 8.2 and this 9.6 and Articles V, VI and VII and any other provisions required to interpret the rights and obligations of the parties arising prior to the termination date shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
