Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of the Employee’s employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without cause, after payment of all amounts owing under this Agreement, if any, the provisions of paragraphs 13-14 (Non-Competition), 15-16 (Non-Solicitation), 17-28 (Confidential Information), 29-32 (Intellectual Property), 33 (Personal Information), 35-45 (Termination of Employment), 46 (Prior Service), 47 (Remedies), and 49 (Severability) of this Agreement and any other provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto will continue in full force and effect following such termination.
