Common use of Provisions which Operate Following Termination Clause in Contracts

Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of the Employee’s employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without Cause, the provisions of Section 4.05 and Articles 5 and 6 of this Agreement and any other provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto will continue in full force and effect following such termination.

Notwithstanding any termination of the EmployeeExecutive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without Causecause, the provisions of Section 4.05 Articles 4 and Articles 5 and 6 of this Agreement, as well as the terms of the Confidentiality and Developments Agreement and the Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement, and any other provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto will continue in full force and effect following such termination.
