Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. Continental shall advise the Jinchuan Parties:
(a) as reasonably requested, and if requested on a daily basis on each of the last seven Business Days prior to the Continental Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Continental Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by Continental pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. UNE shall advise Altima:
(a) as reasonably requested, and if requested on a daily basis on each of the last seven Business Days prior to the UNE Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the UNE Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by UNE pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. TMB shall advise Parent:
(a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last seven Business Days prior to the TMB Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the TMB Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by TMB pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. The Company shall advise GSK:
(a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last seven Business Days prior to the Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by the Company pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. Etruscan shall advise Endeavour:
(a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last ten Business Days prior to the Etruscan Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Etruscan Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by Etruscan pursuant to the Dissent Rights. Etruscan shall not settle any claims with respect to Dissent Rights without first consulting with Endeavour.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. Each Party shall advise the other Party (a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last seven business days prior to their respective shareholder meetings called to consider the Arrangement contemplated hereby, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of such meeting and all matters to be considered at such meeting; and (b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other notice received pursuant to the exercise of Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. The Company shall inform the Purchaser:
(a) as reasonably requested, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by the Company pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. Terasen shall advise the Kinder Parties:
(a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last seven business days prior to the Terasen Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Terasen Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by Terasen pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. Xxxxxxxx shall advise Tarsis as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last seven Business Days prior to the Xxxxxxxx Meeting:
(a) as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the Arrangement Resolution; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by Xxxxxxxx pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
Proxies Received and Dissent Notices. MDA shall advise the Parent Parties:
(a) as reasonably requested, and on a daily basis on each of the last Business Days prior to the MDA Meeting, as to the aggregate tally of the proxies and votes received in respect of the MDA Meeting; and
(b) of any written notice of dissent, withdrawal of such notice, and any other instruments received by MDA pursuant to the Dissent Rights.
