PSC Chairperson. The chairperson of each PSC shall rotate every twelve (12) months between a PSC representative of Voyager and a PSC representative of Genzyme. The initial chairperson of each PSC shall be a representative of Genzyme. Each PSC chairperson’s responsibilities shall include chairing meetings, including ensuring that objectives for each meeting are set and achieved.
