Common use of PSLs Clause in Contracts

PSLs. (1) Subject to Subsection 1(a)(vi)(6) and Subsection 4(f) below, AR shall not include PSL proceeds that are segregated and unequivocally dedicated to stadium construc- tion or stadium renovation projects commenced after the date of this Agreement, and that have received a waiver of any applicable League requirement of sharing of “gross receipts”;
