Public Contact Methods. (a) The Vendor shall provide the following contact methods for public use: 1. a local or toll-free telephone number that connects to a live person or allows the caller to leave a message; and 2. an email address or web-based portal that has been approved by the Program Manager. (b) The Vendor may provide additional contact methods such as a smartphone application. (c) If the Vendor receives a report under Requirements O2.1, O2.2, O2.3, O2.4 by any means other than a live telephone call, the Vendor shall provide a callback or written acknowledgement of the report within the time the Vendor is required to inspect the device.
