PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS. 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract. Local Agency and/or their contractors, subcontractors, and consultants shall at all times during the execution of this Agreement strictly adhere to, and comply with, all applicable federal and State laws, and their implementing regulations, as they currently exist and may hereafter be amended. A summary of applicable federal provisions are attached hereto as Exhibit F, Exhibit I, Exhibit J, Exhibit K and Exhibit M are hereby incorporated by this reference.
