Price Lists Sample Clauses

Price Lists. 6.1.1. The State may publish any pricing information under this Contract, including, without limitation the pricing shown on Exhibit C, Products and Pricing, on the State’s website and any other website as the State determines is necessary or efficient to facilitate the use of this Contract by Purchasing Entities. 6.1.2. If Contractor modifies any of its prices in accordance with §6.2, or discontinues any item shown on the existing pricing information, Contractor shall provide updated pricing information to the State for the State to publish.

Price Lists. Seller has delivered to Buyer true and complete lists of current standard prices (the "Price Lists") charged for advertisements by new advertisers in the Directories, as well as the date and amount of the last price increase for the Directories. Section 2.24 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true and complete list of the Company's standard pricing and discount plans with respect to the business (excluding directory specific and temporary discount programs).

Price Lists. Price List means the list of prices applicable for the Seller’s products and as published by the Seller. Different price lists may apply for each of Seller’s product category. Each Price List is valid from its effective date as indicated on such Price List until its revision by the Seller. The Price List is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Price ListsThe price of some or all goods on this bid shall be based upon either a discount from or mark up to a price list(s). Bidders shall submit price list with their bid. Upon award of the bid, Contractor shall provide the approved price list(s) Orange County Fire Rescue Department. All price list revisions and any changes to discounts/markups, if permitted by the contract, shall be submitted to the County for review and approval no less than thirty (30) days prior to the requested implementation date. Changes shall become effective only upon written approval of the County.

Price Modifications Price Increases Contractor may request an increase in the prices listed in Exhibit C by submitting its request to the State in writing as described in §0 of the main body of this Contract. Requests for increases in prices are limited as follows: Contractor may not request a price increase during the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor may not request a price increase within any 12-month period following the State’s approval of a price increase under this section. Contractor may not submit a request for a price increase to the State fewer than 60 days prior to when Contractor intends those increased prices to be effective. Contractor may only request a price increase if it can justify that increase based on the Producer Price Index or the Consumer Price Index issued by the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics; or a similar industry pricing guide. The State may approve or deny any request for a price increase based on the information provided by Contractor and other circumstances in its sole discretion. If the State approves a price increase, that price increase shall not take effect unless it is included in this Contract. The State may increase the prices in Exhibit E through the use of an Option Letter. Contractor may only begin using the increased prices in Orders that are issued following the effective date of the modification that increases the prices. For Orders placed prior to a price increase that are in effect at the time of the price increase, Contractor shall only charge the Purchasing Entity the prices that were in effect at the time the Order was placed. If the State does not approve a price increase, or Contractor increases its prices without submitting a request to the State, then those increased prices shall be void in any Order in which they are used and Contractor shall fulfill the Order at the existing rates approved by the State under this Contract. Price ListsThe Contractor shall provide in electronic format on a quarterly basis, the latest MSRP list covering at a minimum all the equipment, accessories, and supplies in the contract.
Price Lists. 22.01 All piece-work price lists shall be posted conspicuously and within easy access to the employees in the factory. Copies of all settled piece-work prices or adjusted time week rates shall be furnished by the Employer to the Union. On furnishing such price lists, these, on confirmation by the Union, shall remain the settled prices. 22.02 It is agreed that a piece-worker is entitled to bi-weekly record of the quantity of garments produced, style numbers and prices paid therefore. The onus of such provision of record is placed on both the Employer and Employee. 22.03 It is agreed that a worker is to be compensated for time spent in making repairs for which he/she is not responsible.
