PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS. This provision is required by C.R.S. §§24-76.5-101 et seq. If Service Provider is a natural person 18 years of age or older, Service Provider hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that he or she (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law; (ii) shall comply with the provisions of C.R.S. §§24-76.5-101 et seq., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by C.R.S. §24-76.5-103, before the Effective Date.
