PUBLIC COUNSEL. In the event the Network Provider provides health and human services to individuals on behalf of Region V and DHHS under the terms of this Contract, the Network Provider shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Public Counsel under Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-8,240 to 81-8,254 (2004) with respect to the provision of services under this Contract.
