PUBLIC ENTITY CRIMES STATEMENT. Contractor represents that it has full knowledge of the requirements contained in Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, relating to public entity crimes and that by executing this Contract, assures to County that neither Contractor nor agents, officers or employees of Contractor is on the convicted vendor list and that it is otherwise in compliance with the statute.
