GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS. The CONSULTANT shall comply with any applicable provisions or Acts of Congress, rules, regulations, and requirements of the Government of the United State of America. If there is a grant of money or loan of money by the Government of the United States of America for the Project, then the CONSULTANT shall furnish any information and provide any assistance which the OWNER deemed necessary for the preparation of any certificates, reports, or materials required as a result of obtaining said grant or loan.

GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS. If this order is placed pursuant to a government prime contract or subcontract so referenced or noted in this purchase order, in addition to those set forth in Part I above, the following contract clauses which are set forth in their entirety in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), are incorporated herein and are applicable hereto by this reference except for those contract clauses which are exempt in FAR or the clauses themselves because of the dollar value of this order.
