Common use of PUBLIC HAZARD OR INCONVENIENCE Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC HAZARD OR INCONVENIENCE. If performance of the Project results in hazard or inconvenience to the public, then the District may correct the same, and the Developer shall reimburse the District for all expenses incurred. The Developer shall also reimburse the District for the expense incurred in complying with any order of a Public Authority lawfully made with respect to the Work during the performance of the Work or within two years after acceptance of the Extension.
