Common use of Public Health Gateway (PHG) Clause in Contracts

Public Health Gateway (PHG). Enables a secure, single point of entry for public health reporting which includes submission for Clinical Quality Measures Reporting and reporting to Public Health Registries. The PHG: Acts as a single point of connectivity and message management and routing system; Allows information to come from Health Care Providers through their HIOs to a state connection governed by PA eHealth; Routes query responses through the state connection to the healthcare providers through their HIO; and Serves as a connection point through a web service that will route the report information to the correct destinations;
