The NRCS PIA Director will ensure that the public participates in Section 106 review as set forth above in Section V (reference to other parties). NRCS PIA shall ensure that public consultation is conducted with appropriate individuals, groups, tribes, and units of government depending on the size and nature of the undertaking. For small practices on individual farms, this will include the landowner and operator, any partners involved (such as the local conservation district), and any individual or group who expresses interest in that undertaking.
