Common use of Public Land Use Clause in Contracts

Public Land Use. 3.01 Lessee hereby recognizes and admits that the leased premises are dedicated to the purposes set forth in Environmental, Health, Park, Fish and Game Laws, and Rules and Regulations and Department's Forest Resource Plans promulgated thereunder and Xxxxxx agrees to conduct operations with deference to such purposes.
