Common use of Public Liability and Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Public Liability and Property Damage. During the term of this Lease, Tenant shall procure and maintain in full force and effect, at its sole cost, bodily injury and property damage liability insurance with coverage limits of not less than $2,000,000.00 combined, and $500,000.00 each occurrence, insuring against any and all liability of the insured with respect to the Premises or arising out of the maintenance, use or occupancy thereof. All such bodily injury liability insurance and property damage liability insurance may be provided under umbrella-type policies maintained by Tenant.

Public Liability and Property Damage. During Tenant shall, during the term Term of this Lease, Tenant shall procure maintain insurance against public liability, including that from personal injury or property damage in or about the Premises resulting from the occupation, use or operation of the Tenant's business in the Premises, insuring both Landlord and maintain Tenant, in full force and effectamounts of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) in respect to bodily injury or death to any one person, at its sole cost, of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) Combined Single Limit for both bodily injury and property damage liability insurance with coverage limits of not less than $2,000,000.00 combined, and $500,000.00 each occurrence, insuring against any and all liability of the insured with respect to the Premises or arising out of the maintenance, use or occupancy thereof. All such bodily injury liability insurance and property damage liability insurance may be provided under umbrella-type policies maintained by Tenantdamage.
