Public Listing. In the event the Company shall receive from Initiating Holders a written request that the Company effect a listing (other than a request pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof) of the Company and its shares on an internationally recognized stock exchange or over-the-counter market (a “Public Listing”), the Company shall use its best efforts to effect such Public Listing (including, without limitation, appropriate qualification under securities laws of applicable jurisdictions and appropriate compliance with applicable governmental requirements or regulations).
