Public Property Not Subject to Lien. The Design-Builder acknowledges that, pursuant to law, the Site is public property of the State of Georgia and is not subject to lien or levy. The Design-Builder will notify the Owner of any liens or levies against the Site of which it becomes aware. The Design-Builder shall cooperate with the Owner and shall use its best efforts to assist in securing the release of any liens or levies of which it becomes aware.
