Public Records Act/Chapter 119 Requirements. 35.1 Public Records Act/Chapter 119 Requirements. Contractor agrees to comply with the Florida Public Records Act (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes) to the fullest extent applicable, and shall, if this engagement is one for which services are provided, by doing the following: (a) Contractor and its subcontractors shall keep and maintain public records required by the School Board to perform the service.
