Common use of PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE. By executing this Contract, the Contractor hereby certifies that it understands and agrees that all books, records, and accounts related to the performance of this Contract shall be subject to the applicable public records provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. As such, all books, records, and accounts created by the Contractor, or provided to the Contractor pursuant to this Contract, are public records and the Contractor agrees to assist the County in compliance with any request for such public records made in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.
