PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLICITY. The Service Provider shall not release or publish any material in connection with the Service without the express prior permission of the Probation Trust. The Probation Trust will, acting reasonably, retain an unqualified right to veto any public relations material notified to it pursuant to the provisions of this clause.
