Publication and Submission. Upon the designation of a Draft Deliverable as a Final Deliverable, the Executive Director of the Project will publish the Final Deliverable in a manner agreed upon by a Supermajority Vote of the Working Group Participants (i.e., Project member only location, publicly available location, Project maintained website, Project member website, etc.). The publication of a Final Deliverable in a publicly accessible manner must include the terms under which the Final Deliverable and/or source code is being made available under.

  • PUBLICATION AND PUBLICITY The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall not for any reason whatsoever communicate to any third party in any manner whatsoever concerning any of its CONTRACT work product, its conduct under the CONTRACT, the results or data gathered or processed under this CONTRACT, which includes, but is not limited to, reports, computer information and access, drawings, studies, notes, maps and other data prepared by and for the CONSULTANT under the terms of this CONTRACT, without prior written approval from the COMMISSION, unless such release or disclosure is required by judicial proceeding. The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall immediately refer any third party who requests such information to the COMMISSION and shall also report to the COMMISSION any such third party inquiry. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. Housing History. We require the name and last known telephone number of each landlord/property manager for each address you have had for the last three years. Roommate references are not acceptable. The refusal of a prior landlord to give a reference, or a negative reference, may be grounds for rejection. In the case of first-time renters, or applicants without prior rental history, this requirement may be varied subject to additional requirements of management. Eviction Filings. Unlawful detainers or evictions within the past five (5) years is a basis for denial of an application.

  • AUDIT REPORT SUBMISSION Audit reports must be submitted no later than 150 days following cancellation, termination or expiration of this Agreement.
