Draft Deliverable definition

Draft Deliverable means all versions of the material (except an Approved Deliverable) developed by a Working Group for the purpose of creating, commenting on, revising, updating, modifying, or adding to any document that is to be considered for inclusion in the Approved Deliverable.
Draft Deliverable means all versions of a document (except a Final Deliverable) developed by a Working Group for the purpose of creating, commenting on, revising, updating, modifying, or adding to any document that is to be considered for inclusion in the Final Deliverable.
Draft Deliverable means Draft Informational Documents, Draft Guidelines and Draft Test Materials.

More Definitions of Draft Deliverable

Draft Deliverable means either a “Draft Reference Document” or a “Draft Specification” as set forth in section 1 of the IPR Policy or any other Deliverable from the IOWN GF that has not yet been approved by the Board of Directors.

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the State Entity under this Contract.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Expedited Deliverability Study means a deliverability study that an eligible Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S) that may determine the extent to which an existing or proposed facility satisfies the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at its requested CRIS level without the need for System Deliverability Upgrades. The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledges, skills, and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.

  • Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

In the event Counterparty shall not have delivered the full number of Shares otherwise deliverable as a result of this paragraph 5 (the resulting deficit, the “Deficit Shares”), Counterparty shall be continually obligated to deliver, from time to time until the full number of Deficit Shares have been delivered pursuant to this paragraph, Shares when, and to the extent that, (i) Shares are repurchased, acquired or otherwise received by Counterparty or any of its subsidiaries after the date hereof (whether or not in exchange for cash, fair value or any other consideration), (ii) authorized and unissued Shares reserved for issuance in respect of other transactions prior to such date which prior to the relevant date become no longer so reserved or (iii) Counterparty additionally authorizes any unissued Shares that are not reserved for other transactions. Counterparty shall immediately notify BofA of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (i), (ii) or (iii) and the corresponding number of Shares to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares thereafter.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.

  • Termination Delivery Unit means (a) in the case of a Termination Event, an Event of Default or an Extraordinary Event (other than an Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer), one Share or (b) in the case of an Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer, a unit consisting of the number or amount of each type of property received by a holder of one Share (without consideration of any requirement to pay cash or other consideration in lieu of fractional amounts of any securities) in such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer. If a Termination Delivery Unit consists of property other than cash or New Shares and Counterparty provides irrevocable written notice to the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Closing Date that it elects to deliver cash, New Shares or a combination thereof (in such proportion as Counterparty designates) in lieu of such other property, the Calculation Agent shall replace such property with cash, New Shares or a combination thereof as components of a Termination Delivery Unit in such amounts, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion by commercially reasonable means, as shall have a value equal to the value of the property so replaced. If such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.
