Publication of Finance Documents. (a) The latest version of these Terms and Conditions (including any documents amending these Terms and Conditions) shall be available on the websites of the Group and the Agent.
(b) The latest version of the Finance Documents shall be available to the Bondholders at the office of the Agent during the Agent’s normal business hours.
Publication of Finance Documents. The Issuer shall ensure that any amendments to the Finance Documents are duly registered with the CSD and each other relevant organisation or authority, to the extent such registration is possible with the rules of the relevant CSD.
Publication of Finance Documents.
(a) The latest version of these Terms and Conditions (including any document amending these Terms and Conditions) shall be available on the websites of the Group and the Agent (for the latter being Stamdata, for as long as Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) is the Agent).
(b) The latest versions of the Finance Documents shall be available to the Bondholders at Stamdata, for as long as Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) is the Agent, or at the office of the Agent during normal business hours.
