PUBLICATION OF RATE OF INTEREST. It shall be the responsibility of the Agent Bank to cause notice of such Rate of Interest, Interest Amount and Interest Payment Date to be published in accordance with Condition 5 and Condition 14 of the Notes and any cost in so doing shall be borne by the Issuer.

PUBLICATION OF RATE OF INTEREST. It shall be the responsibility of the Agent Bank to notify to the London Stock Exchange and to the relevant class of Noteholders such rate of interest, any Additional Amount, the Interest Amounts for each Interest Period and the immediately succeeding Interest Payment Date described in CLAUSE 3.5 and to publish such rate, Additional Amount and Interest Amounts in accordance with CONDITIONS 4 and 15.
