PUBLICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. The Parties agree that a copy of this Agreement may be publicly disclosed MPP’s, WHO C-TAP’s and MEDIGEN’s and the Sublicensee’s website. Such disclosure will not constitute a breach of either Party’s obligations under this Clause 6.
